EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At HOUSE of MICY, every handbag is carefully inspected, photographed and described before being offered for sale.
As each luxury item is unique, we do not offer exchanges.
HOUSE of MICY is an online boutique and does not offer products on an approval, viewing or trial basis. Customers are encouraged to request any additional information or photographs before placing an order.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union may benefit from the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received, including:
- Original packaging (where supplied);
- Dust bag, box and accessories (where supplied);
- Authenticity documentation (where applicable);
- The HOUSE of MICY security tag fully attached, intact and untampered with.
Customers are entitled to inspect the goods in a manner that would reasonably be permitted in a physical retail store. However, items must not be worn, damaged, altered or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition.
Items returned showing signs of wear, use, damage, odours, alterations, missing components or any reduction in value beyond what is necessary for such inspection may not qualify for a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Security Tag and Processing Fee
The HOUSE of MICY security tag forms part of our quality control and authentication process.
Removal, cutting, alteration or tampering with the security tag constitutes acceptance of the item and may affect eligibility for a refund where permitted by applicable law.
If a returned item is found to have been worn, used, damaged, altered, returned with the security tag removed or tampered with, or returned in a condition different from that in which it was delivered, HOUSE of MICY reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to refuse the return or to deduct up to €200 from the refund to reflect the reduction in value of the item and the costs of additional inspection, authentication and administrative processing.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as HOUSE of MICY cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during their return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, it will undergo a careful inspection to verify its condition.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item for the inspection and refund process to be completed, although refunds are often processed sooner.
