2. NATURE OF THE BUSINESS
HOUSE OF MICY LUXURY COLLECTION is an online luxury boutique offering authenticated luxury designer handbags and accessories, including pre-loved, second-hand and unworn luxury items.
We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by or officially connected with any of the designer brands featured on this website.
Products may also be displayed, marketed and sold through third-party platforms, including Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop and other authorised sales channels. Additional platform-specific terms and conditions may apply.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and condition reports are accurate and presented as clearly as possible.
Due to the nature of luxury resale goods, minor signs of storage, handling, age, packaging wear or previous ownership may be present.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products are sold as pre-owned or pre-loved items.
The term “unworn” describes items that show no evidence of use but are sold within the pre-owned luxury market unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all photographs, descriptions and condition reports before completing their purchase.
Product colours may vary slightly depending on individual device displays, screen settings and lighting conditions.
4. PRODUCT VIEWING POLICY
HOUSE of MICY operates exclusively as an online boutique and does not offer in-person product viewings, inspections or appointments prior to purchase.
Each item is presented with detailed photographs, condition information and descriptions to help customers make an informed purchasing decision.
Where reasonably possible, additional photographs, videos or information may be provided upon request before purchase.
5. AUTHENTICITY
Every item offered for sale is carefully inspected prior to listing.
Eligible items are independently authenticated through professional third-party authentication providers, including LegitGrails.
Where applicable, items may include a digital Certificate of Authenticity.
Authentication providers operate independently and are not affiliated with HOUSE of MICY or with any designer brand featured on this website.
Authentication opinions are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on this website are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability or website content at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
We accept payment through trusted third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, Revolut Pay, Shop Pay and other payment methods made available through Shopify.
All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (Cyprus Only)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively for deliveries within Cyprus.
If a customer located outside Cyprus selects COD at checkout, the order may be cancelled.
International customers should select one of the available online payment methods.
7. ORDERS
HOUSE of MICY reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- pricing or typographical errors;
- suspected fraud;
- product unavailability;
- suspected misuse of the website;
- security concerns; or
- any circumstances that may affect the safe and proper operation of the business.
Ownership of purchased goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and full payment.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers may benefit from mandatory cancellation and return rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus.

Returned items must be received in exactly the same condition in which they were delivered, including:
- all original packaging;
- accessories;
- authenticity documentation;
- dust bags where supplied;
- and HOUSE of MICY security tags.
Removal, cutting, alteration or tampering with a HOUSE of MICY security tag constitutes acceptance of the item and may affect eligibility for a return or refund where permitted by applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, returned items requiring additional authentication, inspection or administrative processing may be subject to the processing fee described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped through selected third-party courier providers including DHL Express, ACS, Akis Express and other logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
HOUSE of MICY shall not be liable for delays resulting from courier services, customs procedures, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
While we strive to keep this website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions and design elements, is the property of HOUSE of MICY.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or otherwise used without our prior written consent.
The commercial use, downloading or reproduction of our product photographs, descriptions or branding without permission is strictly prohibited.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HOUSE of MICY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the relevant product.
Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Nothing contained within these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
