At HOUSE of MICY, every order is carefully prepared to ensure your luxury purchase arrives safely and securely.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking information, where applicable.
Cyprus Deliveries
Orders within Cyprus are shipped via Akis Express or ACS Courier.
Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Complimentary shipping is offered on completed purchases within Cyprus.
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the shipment, or returns an item for reasons unrelated to an error on the part of HOUSE of MICY, including a change of mind or personal preference regarding the size, color, style or other characteristics of the item, the original shipping costs incurred by HOUSE of MICY, together with any applicable return shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
HOUSE of MICY is an online boutique and not a viewing or trial service. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, dimensions, photographs and condition details before placing an order. If additional information or photographs are required, we are always happy to assist prior to purchase.
Cash on Delivery (Cyprus Only)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively for deliveries within Cyprus.
If a customer located outside Cyprus selects Cash on Delivery during checkout, the order may be cancelled. International customers should choose one of our available online payment methods.
European Union Deliveries
Orders within the European Union are shipped via DHL Express.
A flat shipping fee, as displayed during checkout, applies to all European Union deliveries.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
All shipments include tracking, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging, Insurance and Delivery
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your luxury purchase during transit.
Depending on the value of the item, shipments may be insured at the discretion of HOUSE of MICY. Where appropriate, additional shipping protection may be arranged for high-value orders during transit.
For security reasons, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address provided.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
HOUSE of MICY cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs procedures (where applicable), severe weather, public holidays, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the purchased item passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.
